Unlimited ask-the-video
Today, the free tier allows 5 questions per recording per viewer. Pro removes that cap — ask anything, as many times as you need.
SOP export
Turn any recording into a step-by-step Standard Operating Procedure the team can follow without watching the video. Export to Markdown, PDF, or Notion.
90-day+ retention
Free recordings are deleted after 30 days. Pro recordings stay until you delete them — minimum 90 days, typically forever.
Password protection
Lock a recording with a password. Only people you share the link + the password with can open it.
Larger files
Free recordings cap at 50 MB (about 10–14 minutes of typical screen recording at 1080p). Pro supports files up to 2 GB.
Priority processing
AI transcripts and summaries finish first. Useful when you record a long meeting and want the text in your inbox by the time you finish your coffee.
Free stays free
Recording, AI transcript, and AI summary are unlimited on the free tier. Pro is for the things that cost us money to run at scale, and for the features the free tier can't support.
